Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on production equipment, with a strong focus on plastic injection molding machines.
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults, particularly related to hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal machine performance.
Conduct machine setup, calibration, and routine inspections to maintain molding quality and production continuity.
Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans in line with OEM guidelines, production needs, and safety standards.
Support production teams during machine startups, mold changes, and troubleshooting activities.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, breakdown reports, spare parts usage, and machine history logs.
Supervise and guide technicians and junior maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with technical procedures and safety practices.
Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers for spare parts, molds, and specialized maintenance services.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring mechanical and molding defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, machine safety standards, and factory policies.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment (chillers, dryers, compressors).
