  • Monitor product availability across all e-commerce customers to ensure optimal stock levels. (daily)
  • Manage the complete Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, including receiving customer orders, placing orders in the AON system, and booking and confirming PO appointments. (SB ACCOUNT)
  • Oversee day-to-day operational coordination with fleet and finance teams to ensure smooth execution. daily
  • Handle reconciliation activities and validate financial statements shared by the finance team. (twice per month)
  • Prepare, compile, and maintain data required for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews (WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs).(daily)
  • Develop and maintain channel performance trackers, including POs, invoicing, target achievement, budget utilization, and ad allocation.
  • Generate and analyze Item Data Quality (IDQ) reports across all e-commerce channels.
  • Create and maintain weekly CPI reports while monitoring and evaluating customer pricing strategies.
