About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our FMCG coffee business. The role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and expanding distribution for Turkish coffee and espresso beans across retail, HoReCa, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance • Set sales targets, KPIs, and monitor team performance • Expand distribution channels and open new markets • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors • Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies • Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
Requirements • 5+ years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in coffee or food & beverages • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent negotiation, communication, and planning abilities • Solid understanding of retail & HoReCa channels • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results • Valid driving license is preferred
