Egy Cham is hiring Fresh/Experienced Customer Advisor to join our team.
Role Description Contact potential and existing clients to promote training programs and HR services. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, social media, and inquiries. Understand client needs and recommend suitable training or consulting solutions. Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer inquiries professionally. Coordinate with marketing and operations team.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Experience in Telesales / Customer Service / Call Center Sales is preferred. Experience in selling training, education, or services is a plus. Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills. Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
