Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize shipments from China to Egypt, with a strong focus on lead time control, shipment tracking, and coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and follow up on shipments from China to Egyptw
• Monitor and control end-to-end lead times to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
• Track shipment status and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, BL, COO, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and company procedures.
• Support customs clearance processes and resolve shipment delays or issues.
