We're seeking a versatile Product Designer with strong UI/UX expertise to join our team. You will bridge user needs and business goals by owning the complete design process—from user research and wireframing to crafting beautiful, pixel-perfect interfaces. You'll work directly with our Product Owner and Engineering team to transform complex requirements into intuitive, engaging user experiences that drive product success.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Own End-to-End UI/UX Design: Lead the complete design lifecycle from user research and conceptual wireframes to high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct and analyze user interviews, usability tests, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Direct Collaboration: Partner closely with the Product Owner to translate product vision and user stories into compelling design solutions.
• Hands-On Visual Design: Create visually stunning, consistent, and accessible user interfaces with meticulous attention to typography, color, spacing, and interaction details.
• Design System Development: Build, maintain, and evolve our design system and component library to ensure speed, consistency, and quality across all products.
• Developer Handoff: Provide clear specifications, assets, and guidance to engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
