  • Contract and manage customs clearance companies, ensuring compliance with Egyptian and international regulations.
  • Select, negotiate, and contract with top-tier logistics and shipping service providers (air, sea, land, and international freight).
  • Manage all export operations from Egypt to international markets, including regulatory, operational, and documentation aspects.
  • Full supervision of the export cycle, including:
    • Domestic transportation
    • Cargo insurance
    • HS codes and international product classification
    • Commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
    • Customs clearance and shipment release
  • Coordinate with shipping providers until final delivery, ensuring service-level compliance.
  • handle delays, risks, and operational disruptions.
  • Manage claims, penalties, and compensation requests in case of delays or service failures.
  • Act as the internal point of reference for all import/export and cross-border logistics matters.
  • Support the onboarding and operational readiness of buyers on the Oya platform from a logistics perspective.
  • Ensure logistics operations reflect Oya’s brand promise of reliability, transparency, and professionalism.
  • Prepare operational reports and performance updates for senior management.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.
  • Resolve any issues related to shipping, documentation, or customs clearance in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, Account Managers, and customer service to align logistics activities with business objectives.
  • Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
