We need a restaurant manager for our Boutique hotel in Cairo-downtown , our hotel is Sayed Effendi Boutique Hotel . Experience And Good English language required please .
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality management.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Experience with inventory management and vendor negotiations.Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
