Role Overview
We are hiring an Event & Marketing Client Acquisition Director whose primary responsibility is to land paying clients for Blacktape immediately.
You must already have active relationships with decision-makers (brands, agencies, corporates, founders) who can convert into signed projects.
If you do not already carry clients or close access, this role is not a fit.
Core Responsibilities
- Land new event and marketing projects using your existing client network
- Open doors to qualified decision-makers (CMOs, Brand Directors, Founders, Procurement Heads)
- Own the commercial conversation from intro → offer → close
- Work with internal teams to structure offers that close fast
- Build a sustainable acquisition pipeline based on relationships, not cold outreach
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven ability to bring clients with you
- Existing relationships with brands or corporates that purchase events, marketing, or experiential services
- Clear understanding of high-value offers, not commodity services
- Strong commercial judgment and deal-closing confidence
