  • Manage, guide, train, and evaluate the performance of the QC inspectors.
  • Direct supervision of the testing and inspection of incoming raw materials (abrasive rolls) to ensure conformity to approved specifications.
  • Oversee the implementation of inspection and control plans across the production lines to ensure product quality during operation.
  • Ensure the application of final inspection procedures and tests on packaged products (belts, discs, and rolls) before release to warehouses and customers.
  • Establish and monitor the implementation of sampling plans and criteria for each stage (raw materials, in-process, finished product).
  • Conduct field visits to customers to provide technical support related to product quality and proper usage methods.
  • Lead the investigation of quality-related customer complaints, collect necessary data, and determine the direct cause of the problem.
  • Coordination with the Production/Quality Assurance departments to ensure necessary Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are implemented to prevent complaint recurrence.
  • Work to develop and improve the testing and analytical methods used for examining the quality of raw materials and finished products to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor the calibration plan for all measuring and testing equipment in the factory (scales, thickness gauges, etc.) to ensure the validity of inspection results, adhering to ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of procedures and instructions related to quality control and non-conforming product management, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
