Job description
• Configure and install network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, VPN)
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Monitor system resource utilization.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Install and configure ESXI, VCenter and external storage.
• Implement and configure Wireless LAN project.
• Manage network, servers, and technology tools.
• Manage staff and user credentials and frameworks.
• Managing and administrating IT Infrastructure.
• Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy.
• Managing and administrating Office 365 Accounts.
