Ensure that the preventive maintenance done on time, follow up the cleanliness of equipment and inspect it.
Analyze the causes of the breakdowns and find the root cause to prevent them.
Conduct a daily meeting with the maintenance engineer and technicians to discuss the section problems
Responsible for all maintenance operations
Diagnose breakdown problems
Design maintenance plans, strategies, procedures, and methods
Monitor and control maintenance costs
Make all reports about the Maintenance operations
Manage the Maintenance team to ensure that they perform their tasks according to the procedures
Conduct regular inspections to evaluate machinery conditions and diagnose problems
Ensure up-to-date machinery logs and conduct performance analysis
Ensure availability of spare parts in coordination with warehouse and procurement
Inspect products to ensure efficiency or detect problems in order to secure quality products in coordination with the quality control department
Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any anticipated safety risk or safety standard violation
Develop periodic reports regarding productivity, efficiency, quality etc
Provide technical support, advice, and knowledge to subordinates
Supervise the quality of production outputs ensuring that levels of quality and quality standards are attained
