Planning & Scheduling

  • Prepare detailed project schedules (baseline & updated) using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) for civil, architectural, and fit-out works.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
  • Analyze delays and prepare recovery / mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure realistic planning.

Cost Control & Reporting

  • Track project budgets and actual costs versus planned costs.
  • Monitor variations, claims, and change orders.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress & cost reports.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and payment applications.
  • Coordinate with QS and accounting teams for cost reconciliation.

Coordination & Control

Coordinate with:

  • Project Managers & Site Engineers
  • Procurement & Warehouse teams
  • Technical Office & QS
  • Support tender planning, project startup schedules, and handover planning.
  • Ensure planning and cost control procedures are followed across projects.
