About the Role
You will design and build high-quality, engaging e-learning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline). This role suits an experienced instructional designer who can translate complex information into clear, interactive learning experiences for a range of audiences.
You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, project managers and creatives to produce learning content that is visually strong, pedagogically sound and technically robust.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and update e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360
Apply sound instructional design principles to create engaging, learner-centred content
Convert scripts, storyboards and source material into interactive learning experiences
Create assessments, quizzes and scenario-based learning activities
Ensure learning content is accessible and compliant with relevant standards (e.g. WCAG, SCORM, xAPI)
Review and refine content based on feedback and testing
Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience designing e-learning using Articulate 360 / Storyline
Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE)
Experience creating interactive, media-rich learning content
Good knowledge of SCORM and LMS environments
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Desirable Skills
Experience with Rise 360, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive learning design
Experience working on educational, public sector or corporate training projects
Basic video or animation experience
