Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a medical or healthcare background to lead and manage all human resources functions within a medical organization. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in healthcare HR operations, a strong understanding of medical workforce requirements, and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the organization’s objectives and healthcare regulations.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to senior management and medical leadership.
  • Lead HR initiatives to support organizational growth, workforce planning, and talent retention.

HR Operations & Medical Workforce Management:

  • Oversee recruitment and staffing for medical and non-medical roles (doctors, nurses, allied healthcare staff, and administrative roles).
  • Manage onboarding, credentialing, licensing, and medical staff compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to labor law, healthcare regulations, and accreditation requirements.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution within medical environments.

Performance, Compensation & Development:

  • Design and manage performance management systems for healthcare staff.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and salary benchmarking.
  • Develop training, learning, and development programs, especially for medical and clinical teams.

Policies, Compliance & Quality:

  • Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs specific to healthcare operations.
  • Support audits, inspections, and compliance related to health authorities and accreditation bodies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and KPIs.
