Develop detailed 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of interior designs with overall project objectives.
Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and material selections that align with client requirements and company standards.
Oversee the selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes for interior spaces.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure the implementation of approved concepts.
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design and visualization.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
