Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Retail Parts Professional based in New Cairo. The Retail Parts Professional will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with team members. Additionally, responsibilities include assisting customers in identifying and acquiring the correct parts and merchandise to meet their needs.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients Proficiency in inventory management and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient operations Effective communication skills to assist customers and collaborate with team members Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing parts and merchandise Prior experience in retail sales, supermarket operations, or related fields is a plus Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
