Damfi for food industries is looking to hire HR Specialist. (Training, OD & Recruitment Specialist)

  •    Analyze recruitment needs based on the company’s operational requirements, prepare recruitment plans, and execute the recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interviews, and selection).
  •   Identify and analyze training needs (TNA).
  •   Develop and implement annual training plans and follow up on training evaluation and effectiveness.
  •   Coordinate with internal and external training providers.
  •   Participate in the development and updating of recruitment, training, and administrative policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices and internal standards.
  • Update the company and departmental organizational charts to ensure clear definition of roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.
  •   Prepare and update job descriptions for all positions in coordination with the relevant departments.
  •   Follow up on the annual employee performance appraisal process.
