Analyze recruitment needs based on the company’s operational requirements, prepare recruitment plans, and execute the recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interviews, and selection).
Identify and analyze training needs (TNA).
Develop and implement annual training plans and follow up on training evaluation and effectiveness.
Coordinate with internal and external training providers.
Participate in the development and updating of recruitment, training, and administrative policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices and internal standards.
Update the company and departmental organizational charts to ensure clear definition of roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.
