Lead and manage the central engineering function covering all garment factories.
Oversee maintenance of sewing, cutting, finishing, and supporting machinery.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all factories.
Standardize engineering policies, procedures, and maintenance practices across sites.
Coordinate with factory engineering teams to ensure maximum machine availability and minimum downtime.
Manage new machinery installation, commissioning, and technical upgrades.
Support production by ensuring readiness of machines for styles, fabrics, and special operations.
Monitor engineering KPIs (machine efficiency, breakdown rates, MTTR, MTBF).
Manage engineering budgets, spare parts planning, and technical procurement.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
Lead, coach, and develop engineering teams across factories.
