  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and recruitment analytics to optimize sourcing channels and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates across all levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition practices.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent partners.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement innovative recruitment technologies and best practices.
