  • Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure materials are available to support uninterrupted production.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers and transporters.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Control obsolete, slow-moving, and damaged inventory.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff (supervisors, operators, forklift drivers).
  • Prepare work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
  • Conduct performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement warehouse KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
  • Prepare and submit warehouse performance reports (inventory accuracy, OTIF, productivity).
