Recruitment Specialist ( Wood Background )

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
