  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members/clients during afterhours, providing exceptional lifestyle management and concierge services in English, French, German.
  • Respond promptly to member requests, inquiries, and emergencies via phone, email, or digital platforms, ensuring all needs are met with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and fulfill a wide range of luxury requests, including travel arrangements, event bookings, dining reservations, and bespoke experiences.
  • Liaise with global partners, vendors, and service providers to secure exclusive access and preferential treatment for members.
  • Maintain accurate records of all member interactions and requests in the CRM system, ensuring seamless handover to daytime teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of service and uphold Quintessentially’s brand standards.
  • The Afterhours Lifestyle Manager will work from rotational overnight shifts from 07:00pm until 9:00am Cairo Time - 5 nights per week, rotational weekend of two consecutive days.
