• Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings. 
  • Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. 
  • Assist in planning and execution of special projects and initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of deliverables. 
  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
