We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our Aluminum solutions company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our brand image, executing digital campaigns, and providing the sales team with the necessary tools to succeed.
Your main goal is to generate high-quality leads (B2B and B2C) and ensure our company is the top choice for Consultants and Contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing: Manage company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to showcase our finished projects and technical capabilities.
Content Creation: Visit project sites to capture high-quality photos/videos of installed aluminum works and turn them into marketing assets.
Sales Support: Design and update the Company Profile, pre-qualification documents, technical brochures, and presentations to support the sales team.
Lead Generation: Run targeted ad campaigns to attract homeowners (B2C) and construction professionals (B2B).
Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all channels and organize the company's participation in construction exhibitions (if applicable).
Market Research: Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies in the aluminum market.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing. Experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Building Materials is a huge plus.Technical Skills:Solid understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media Algorithms).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint is essential).Basic knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) is highly preferred.Soft Skills: Creative thinking, strong attention to detail, and ability to work with the engineering team to simplify technical concepts.Language: Excellent command of Arabic and English (Written & Spoken).
