1- Prepare and submit all sales reports (daily / weekly / monthly / annually).
2- Calculate achievement rates (sales – allowances) and commission percentages for the sales team according to the approved system, and submit them to the Sales Manager for approval.
3- Receive orders and incoming phone calls from customers.
4- Follow up on daily sales targets with the sales team, monitor achieved results on a daily basis, prepare reports, and record data on the system.
5- Communicate with the technical support team for the sales system and report any system malfunctions or maintenance requirements.
6- Record all data related to sales representatives, customers, and daily sold quantities, and submit the related reports.
7- Receive purchase orders from key accounts, register them on the system, and submit them to the Sales Manager.
8- Communicate with customers to inform them of sales offers, receive complaints and suggestions, and escalate them to the direct manager.
9- Monitor price changes, inform customers accordingly, and record all product and pricing updates on the system.
10- Ensure the accuracy of inventory balances in warehouses, and verify that no items are held in sales representatives’ vehicles outside the recorded warehouse inventory.
11- Record sales representatives’ check-out times and assigned routes in the movement log.
Supervise, follow up, and monitor the sales team’s performance.
12- Apply penalties and disciplinary actions and submit them to management in accordance with company regulations.
13 -Conduct periodic meetings with sales representatives.
14-Coordinate sales representatives’ leave schedules in line with company policy.
15-Prepare purchase requests with the procurement department in case products are not available in the warehouse.
16- Provide continuous and periodic sales training to sales representatives to enhance their selling skills.
