Customer Support Team Leader

We’re looking for a Support Manager to take full ownership of our customer support function and help us scale it the right way.

What You’ll Be Owning

  • Leading and managing the customer support team end to end
  • Supporting buyers and suppliers using the Teradix platform
  • Managing support across chat, phone calls, and online meetings
  • Owning supplier onboarding and delivering step-by-step training sessions
  • Setting the tone for service quality, speed, and professionalism
  • Coaching the team, prioritizing workload, and building strong support culture
  • Creating and improving workflows, KPIs, and best practices
  • Acting as the link between customers, product, and management
  • Spotting patterns, fixing root causes, and continuously improving the experience

 

Working Setup

  • Working hours: Sunday to Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Based in our Maadi office
  • 1 day work from home flexibility
