المجال العمارة والتخطيط
  • Design steel structures is a must, and concrete is a plus.
  • Create structural models by using Rivet, AutoCAD, Tekla  and SAP softwares.
  • Measure loads and pressures caused by environmental or human influence.
  • Conduct shop drawings, detailed drawings, working drawings , and any related drawings.
  • Conduct As-built drawings and follow up it's approval process.
  • Prepare technical documents (RFIs,SD,,,,) and follow up it's approval process.
  • Prepare Q.S , BOQs and any tendering documents.
  • Prepare sub-contractors and client's invoices/V.Os.
  • Follow construction safety guidelines and the Egyptian code.
  • Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications.
  • Monitor on-site construction processes and supervise construction workers
  • Prepare and allocate budgets
  • Track and report on project progress
  • Collaborate with contractors and project managers
