- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate glass products and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the field sales, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with product knowledge and industry best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.5-9 years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
