HR operations specialist

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Execute onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and system setup.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle employee status changes (promotions, transfers, contract renewals).
  • Support offboarding and exit procedures.
  • Prepare HR letters and official documents (employment letters, confirmations, warnings).
  • Track attendance, leave balances, and absences.
  • Coordinate with payroll regarding employee data and monthly updates.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor law requirements.
  • Support HR audits and reporting activities.
  • Assist in other HR projects as assigned.
