Job Summary
Fakeeh University Hospital,Dubai is seeking qualified and customer-focused Contact Center Executives to support patient services remotely. The ideal candidate will have a medical education background and excellent English communication skills, with the ability to join on short notice.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls in a professional and empathetic manner
Schedule appointments, manage rescheduling, and provide accurate information on hospital services
Address patient inquiries related to consultations, investigations, and general medical services
Coordinate with internal hospital departments to ensure smooth patient experience
Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in the hospital system
Follow hospital policies, patient confidentiality, and data protection standards
Meet service quality, productivity, and patient satisfaction benchmarks
Mandatory Qualifications
Educational background in Nursing, Laboratory Sciences, Pharmacy, or any recognized medical/healthcare discipline
Strong spoken English communication skills (Arabic is an added advantage)
Ability to join on short notice
Prior experience in a contact center, call center, or patient services role is preferred
