•Prepare and review mechanical design drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Coordinate between architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical designs.
• Review consultant design drawings submissions, including specs. & BOQ.
• Provide technical support during construction to resolve mechanical design issues.
• Participate in value engineering to achieve cost-effective and sustainable mechanical solutions.
• Coordinate with authorities to ensure compliance with mechanical codes and standards.
