Build and strengthen relationships with key customers such as corporate clients, fleets, and car service centers, conduct regular client visits, and identify new contracting and partnership opportunities to enhance sales growth.
Enhancing Customer Service Experience
Supervise the delivery of excellent customer service across branches, ensuring high-quality reception and service in line with the approved evaluation checklists and company standards.
Sales Operations Follow-up
Monitor all sales-related operations, including issuing delivery orders and invoices, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of procedures prior to releasing tires and services to customers.
Equipment Maintenance Supervision
Ensure the proper maintenance and operational readiness of equipment in showrooms and branches, and coordinate with the maintenance department when required to avoid operational disruptions.
Inventory Management
Monitor branch and showroom stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to request adequate quantities based on sales movement, ensuring product availability and optimal stock levels.
Staff Performance Monitoring and Motivation
Evaluate, guide, and motivate showroom staff to improve customer reception and service quality, while ensuring cleanliness, discipline, and professional appearance.
Branch Appearance and Visual Standards
Ensure all branches comply with the company’s visual identity standards, including external and internal signage, price displays, product merchandising, cleanliness, and staff appearance.
Customer Complaints Management
Follow up on customer complaints and ensure effective resolution in coordination with the customer service department, maintaining high customer satisfaction and protecting the company’s reputation.
Training and Onboarding New Employees
Supervise the training and onboarding of new staff, provide ongoing support, and ensure adequate staffing levels across branches.
Branch Management Performance Oversight
Oversee the performance of Branch Managers and Assistant Branch Managers, ensuring adherence to job descriptions, operational responsibilities, and achievement of assigned targets
