Green Western Edge for Real Estate Investment ( one of GMG companies ) is hiring In-house Real Estate Sales Agents to support the launch and sales of our first development project (villas compound + commercial mall) in 10th of Ramadan City. The role focuses on lead qualification, site/office presentations, closing deals, and collections follow-up, using a disciplined CRM-driven sales process.
- Contact and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and conduct project presentations (phone, WhatsApp, and in-person).
- Explain project details clearly (location, unit types, prices, payment plans, delivery timelines, and contract steps).
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead → visit → negotiation → reservation → contracting → down payment collection.
- Maintain accurate and updated records on the CRM (calls, meetings, follow-ups, client status, and next actions).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for visits, reservations, contracts, and collections.
- Handle objections professionally and coordinate internally for approvals (pricing/discounts/offers).
- Ensure high customer experience and smooth coordination with contracting and customer care teams.
- Attend site visits, sales events, and occasional weekend shifts (as required by the sales calendar).
