  • Lead Management: Ensure fair, transparent, and rules-based lead distribution; maintain a tamper-proof CRM audit trail.
  • Inventory & Data Accuracy: Own the master inventory on CRM; coordinate with the Technical Office to update unit data and status. 
  • Contract Workflow: Prepare Reservation Agreements/Sales Contracts and manage all coordination with Legal until approval.
  • Commission Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly Sales & Broker commission reports based on finalized sales values and CRM lead source validation.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze the full lead-to-close cycle and provide insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency
