Job Description:
Design, implement, and evaluate organizational development initiatives to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Conducting JA and creating descriptions
Developing competency indicators
Conduct workload analysis and support workforce planning
Support in creating and regularly updating career paths and succession plans
Support in creating the job's KPIs.
Implementing and following up on performance evaluation processes.
Support in creating HR policies and SOPs.
Create and maintain databases ("hard & soft archiving systems") for all OD operations, analyze data, and provide periodic reports.
Job Location: Obour City.
