IT Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.
  • Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the IT sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
  • Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure solution accuracy.

Market & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging IT technologies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Analyze sales performance and take corrective actions when needed.
