IT Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.
- Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate the IT sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure solution accuracy.
Market & Performance Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging IT technologies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
- Analyze sales performance and take corrective actions when needed.
