Recruitment & OD Specialist

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for plant, technical, and junior staff roles.
  • Support manpower requisitions, job posting, and candidate sourcing through job boards, referrals, and databases.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, assessments, and feedback collection.
  • Prepare offer documentation and support pre-employment checks.
  • Assist with onboarding and induction programs for new hires, especially shop-floor employees.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
  • Assist in implementing OD initiatives aligned with plant and business objectives.
  • Support performance management cycles (goal setting, appraisals, documentation).
  • Help collect data for job descriptions, role clarity, and competency frameworks.
  • Assist in training needs analysis and coordination of training programs.
  • Support leadership, supervisory, and technical training logistics.
  • Participate in change management and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Support employee engagement surveys and action plans.
  • Assist in organizing engagement activities, communication sessions, and HR events.
  • Support onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Act as a point of contact for basic HR and recruitment-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment, training, and OD records.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and dashboards (time-to-fill, hiring status, training attendance).
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Follow company HR policies, procedures, and labor law requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
  • Support health, safety, and ethical standards within HR activities.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Interest in organization development, learning, and performance management.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
