Connectalents, the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring "Sr. IT Application Support Specialist" in New Cairo for a global healthcare and life sciences organization recognized for its innovation, operational excellence, and commitment to improving lives through advanced biological solutions.

Job Scope:The Senior IT Application Support Specialist reports to the IT Manager and provides first-level functional support for business applications used across laboratories, manufacturing, plasma logistics, and donor centers. The role includes managing support tickets, coordinating with global IT teams for escalations, proactively resolving application issues, supporting LIMS, SAP, and BECS systems, training users, testing local configurations, and assisting with system upgrades and new site rollouts, while ensuring data accuracy, operational continuity, and risk mitigation.

Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Bio science.- Minimum 3 years’ experience in application support in healthcare facilities or IT in multi-national organization.- Hands-on experience with SQL and database queries.- Previous experience in laboratory environments, preferably with LIMS systems.- Able to work in multinational/Multicultural teams.- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
