Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to lead the successful launch and adoption of an existing software product. The role focuses on improving cross-team coordination, clarity of ownership, and execution, addressing current team management and communication challenges. The Product Manager will act as the central point of alignment between technical, business, and customer-facing teams
Job Description
1.Own the product launch plan for the existing software, including timelines, readiness, and dependencies
2.Act as the single point of coordination between:
- Development
- QA
- Support
- Sales
- Implementation / Delivery teams
3. Clarify roles, responsibilities, and priorities across teams
4. Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements
5. Ensure all teams are aligned on:
- Product scope
- Features
- Release expectations
6. Identify and resolve bottlenecks, miscommunication, and delivery risks
7. Support teams during launch by managing issues, feedback, and quick decisions
8. Collect feedback from internal teams and customers post-launch and convert it into improvements
9. Improve internal product documentation, workflows, and processes
10. Report progress, risks, and blockers to management
