Quality Management

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) for advertising and event operations.
  • Define quality standards, checklists, and SOPs for projects, production, and on-site execution.
  • Conduct quality audits during pre-event, on-ground execution, and post-event phases.
  • Ensure deliverables meet approved client, brand, and company quality standards.
  • Monitor non-conformities and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, contracts, and operational guidelines.
  • Identify operational, financial, safety, and reputational risks related to events and activations.
  • Identify risk register includes action control
  • Maintain a Risk Register for projects and operational activities.
  • Monitor compliance with permits, safety measures, and regulatory requirements during events.
  • Report compliance gaps and risk exposures to the Project Management Manager.

Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Analyze existing operational and project management processes.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Design and document optimized workflows, SOPs, and process maps.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to standardize best practices across projects.
  • Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

 Project & Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with Project Management, Operations, Production, Finance, and Procurement teams.
  • Support project planning with quality and risk assessments.
  • Participate in post-event reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
  • Ensure quality and compliance requirements are embedded in project plans.

 Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare quality audit reports, risk assessment reports, and compliance summaries.
  • Track quality KPIs and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation related to QMS, SOPs, and process standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.5–8 years of experience in quality, compliance, or process improvement roles.Experience in advertising, events, production, or project-based environments preferred.Knowledge of ISO standards or quality frameworks is an advantage.Very Good in English Spoken and written.Proficiency in using ERP Systems and handling paper-based documentation.Experience in applying Lean six sigma and operational excellence methodologies
