IT Help Desk Executive

  • Performs all IT executive and administrative support tasks for the IT management staff, including confidential correspondence, preparing reports and minutes of meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining confidential files and other material essential for use by the CIO and staff.
  • Develops and maintains all office support procedures both directly and through supervision of staff to ensure that clerical support tasks are performed in a timely and efficient manner and for effective office management using current SAP applications for office automation. 
  • Maintains all files for management staff ensuring that material is properly marked and accessible for immediate use by the IT Management and staff. 
  • Handle MS Word/Excel professionally 
  • Dealing with Power Point, Slide Setup, and Presentations.
  • Medium management skills for the management of those under the supervision and distribution of work on them.
  • Effective communication skills and communication of information to specialists and non-specialists.
  •  Preparation of appropriate expression formulations for correspondents in both Arabic and English
  • Coordinating with employees of the Company.
  • Dealing with the computer and desktop computers professionally.
  • Multitasking, ability to accomplish and perform more than one task at a time
  • Preparation of appropriate expressions for the correspondents in English
