Job Summary
The Sales Lead will be responsible for attracting sales and managing building automation projects from the initial client contact through to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
● Client Relations: Build rapport with customers, manage ongoing client relationships, and lead negotiations.
● Project Management: Coordinate between all technical teams (Design, Site, Software) to ensure project milestones are met.
● Financial Payment: Monitoring, coordinate and collect financial payments.
● Delivery: Ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of projects.
● Technical Coordination: Act as the primary interface between the client's requirements and the internal engineering teams.
● Handover: Oversee the client training and final project handover phases.
