Lead the preparation, review, and approval of mechanical shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting).
Oversee material submittals, technical datasheets, and compliance with approved specifications.
Act as the main technical reference for mechanical systems across projects.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines (civil, electrical).
Resolve technical conflicts, clashes, and design inconsistencies before execution.
Issue and manage RFIs, technical clarifications, and consultant responses.
Review mechanical BOQs, specifications, and drawings for discrepancies.
Support variation orders, claims, and cost-impact technical evaluations.
Assist planning teams by providing accurate quantities and execution methodologies.
Ensure all mechanical designs and submissions comply with:
Support QA/QC teams during inspections and approvals.
Review as-built drawings and final handover documentation.
