Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Customer Support Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, provide resolutions to issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries via phone or email, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively and provide an outstanding service experience.
Qualifications Proficient in Customer Support and dedicated to ensuring Customer Satisfaction Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship building with customers Experience with Technical Support and problem-solving for troubleshooting customer issues Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve customer concerns efficiently Fluency in English, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively as part of an on-site team Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
