Job Summary:
Dice Group is seeking a qualified and proactive Occupational Health & Safety Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, compliance with health regulations, and promoting a safe working environment across all company operations.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop, implement, and maintain health & safety policies and procedures
✔ Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections
✔ Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
✔ Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees
✔ Monitor compliance with local and international safety regulations
✔ Investigate incidents and prepare reports
✔ Collaborate with management to improve safety performance

Qualifications & Requirements:
???? Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
???? 2–4 years of experience in occupational health & safety, preferably in manufacturing or garment/clothing factories
???? Strong knowledge of safety regulations, hazard prevention, and risk management
