  • Manage and maintain the CRM system ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behavior.
  • Segment customers based on purchasing behavior, preferences, and value.
  • Design and execute CRM campaigns (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, Loyalty Programs).
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and customer KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Retail teams to improve customer experience.
  • Track customer lifecycle and improve retention and reactivation strategies.
  • Ensure proper CRM usage by sales teams and provide system support when needed.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for management (Sales, Retention, CLV, Churn).
  • Support loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.
