Assistant Team Lead – Pre-Sales

Key Responsibilities
• Team Lead Support: Assist the Pre-Sales Team Lead in daily operations, including organizing
tasks, tracking deliverables, and preparing required reports.

• Reporting & Documentation: Collect, organize, and maintain accurate reports related to Pre-
Sales activities, team performance, and task status.

• Internal Coordination: Act as a point of coordination between the Pre-Sales team and other
internal departments, including Technical and Sales teams, to ensure smooth workflow and
timely execution.
• Task Follow-Up: Monitor assigned Pre-Sales tasks, follow up with team members, and support
them in completing requests received from Technical and Sales teams.
• Client Follow-Up Support: Assist in following up with clients who have delayed responses,
ensured proper documentation and escalation when needed.
• Quality Support: Take a supporting role in quality-related activities by reviewing Pre-Sales tasks
for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal standards.
• Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal procedures, documentation standards, and
approved workflows within the Pre-Sales function.
