  • Lead and oversee the architectural department, ensuring alignment with AZURE’s vision and standards of design excellence.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Supervise the planning, design, and execution of multiple architectural projects from concept through completion.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, quality control, and compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes, efficiency, and project outcomes.
  • Represent the department in executive meetings, providing strategic input and reporting on departmental performance.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and materials in architecture to maintain AZURE’s competitive edge.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations, and client engagements.
