Role Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support Team Lead, based in El Sheikh Zaid with some work-from-home flexibility. The successful candidate will lead and manage a technical support team, ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries and technical issues. Key responsibilities include overseeing support processes, maintaining customer satisfaction, mentoring team members, and ensuring performance targets are met.
